*NDP Schedule varies weekly, but is typically between 8:38-3:00 pm at various times throughout the day dependent upon the students schedules on each given week. Currently 7 students in rotation.

How I schedule lessons

ALL Students- I use my google calendar for scheduling. Once we have worked out an agreed upon lesson day and time, I will input your lesson day and time in to my google calendar and add your email address as an invite. You will receive an email invite. Please accept the invite to the lesson. If you have permissions enabled on your end, it should also allow you to add the lesson to your own calendars as well (and can sync with other OS calendars). I have the notifications set to also send an email reminder each week 2 days prior to the lesson. You can also cancel the lesson this way as well should you need to, and with the 2 day reminder, this will be plenty of advanced notice. *Please note, when you receive the initial invite, google calendar will show a universal time which will be approximately 5 hours off until you accept the invitation and then it will sync to our correct time zone. If there is still an issue with a time after you have accepted the invitation and it shows the correct time zone, then please let me know and we can modify it.

NDP Upper Level- Please email me a copy of your school schedule and I will work out a rotating schedule within the school day. We work with your band mods (which Mr. D allows you out of one per week for a lesson) and/or some double mod free's or longer lunch mods. *Please also read "All Students" and "All NDP" paragraphs.

All NDP- Due to the rotating nature of the NDP 10 day schedule, lessons will often fall on different days each week. Please also read the paragraph above labeled "ALL Students". Also, due to the fact that the NDP schedule rotates and varies, you will have weekly calendar invites to accept. I sincerely apologize for this, but it is the most effective way I have found to keep us all diligent about knowing when lessons are each week due to the extreme inconsistent nature of it. I will only add one month of lessons for you to accept at a time so that your email inbox is not overrun and you are not overwhelmed. I will also write the schedule on my dry erase board in my school studio.

NDP Middle Level- We will use your band times for lessons. If there are weeks when I am not able to do this, we will use your lunch mods-mod D, and you will come directly down to my studio with your lunch, you can eat in my room and then we will have our lesson after that. I can set up your instrument for you while you are eating. Since you have an hour for lunch/recess, this gives us plenty of time as lessons are only 40 minutes. *Please also read "All NDP Students" and "All Students" paragraphs

Loyola Students-Once you have registered via the link (8 lessons is usually easier to work with than the 15 for keeping track of, in case something comes up), we will work out a time via email when I am on campus. Should that not work with your availability, we could try to work lessons out from my home studio or virtual lessons until our schedules align for on campus lessons. *Please also read the paragraph labeled "ALL Students"

Home/Virtual Studio- After emailing and agreeing on a day and time, it should be pretty straight forward. *Please also read "All Students" paragraph above.

Park School- Please contact the school's after school music department for scheduling, or email to modify your current lesson time. *Please also read "All Students" paragraph above.
